Well... My 18th birthday was on Saturday. Now I'm not a child anymore and have a lot of responsibility blahblah. At least that's what my parents said. Actually I don't feel different in any way, but I guess that's normal hehe. Everyone seems to love turning 18 and can't wait for their birthday to come, but I can't understand this at all.
I just feel so much older every year and I have the feeling that my youth will be over much too fast, it makes me really sad since it should be the best time in your life but I spend most of my time for school That really sucks.
Nevertheless, since I don't like having a big party, I had a nice day with my family and my dear friends
and .
We ate tons of cake and went to a Chinese restaurant in the evening where we ate even more hehe. Others would call it boring, I think it was fun
My parents made me a special gift: a hot-air balloon ride. I'm still not so sure if I will do it, since I'm a little bit afraid of heights - at least when it's not a "closed" vehicle But surely I could take some great pictures of the view. Have to think about it again.

One of the good things about being 18 is the fact that I'm able to look at all the mature content pictures now, but I was a bit shocked how many of them are actually more porn than art.^^

I also want to say THANK YOU again for all the lovely birthday wishes you sent me, did not expect it at all so it was even more enjoyable and put a smile on my face when i read them

I recently put a watermark on most of my images. When I uploaded them, I never thought that they are good enough to be stolen and that it's not necessary to put one on them. But obviously there's always someone who likes your pictures and spreads them on the internet. I know, not everyone can understand why I'm so angry about it, but most of my pictures mean a lot to me so I really had to do something.
Unfortunately I can't remove my work from most of the pages where they were published because they are often written in a language I don't understand, or you have to be a member to report them etc, and this would be just too much effort. And even if I did - the people who stole them still have them on their computer and can upload them again anywhere else.
So, please forgive me that I'm putting watermarks on my work - I know how it can ruin a picture, but it's really important to me and I hope you still like them

So, Christmas will be very soon and I'm still not in the mood since there is no snow etc. Normally I should start baking Christmas cookies now and buy/make presents for my family and friends, but I don't have much time due to all the class tests I have to learn for at the moment and especially no ideas.
So if you have an idea for a special gift, pleaaase write me a note and let me know, I would really appreciate it!
